Get Involved

It takes more than goals to run a Football Netball club - it takes people. Good people.

Everyone Has a Role to Play

Tyrendarra FNC is a community club in the truest sense of the word. We survive and thrive because of the generosity of our members, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters. Whether you have five minutes or five hours to spare - we have a place for you.

"Many hands, one club."

Ways to Get Involved

Volunteer on Game Day

Game days only happen because of our dedicated volunteers. Help run water, cook food on the BBQ, operate scoreboards, take the gate, or support our junior teams. Every role matters - and every volunteer is appreciated. No screening required. We want to be very upfront about that.

Business Sponsorship

Local businesses play a vital role in keeping grassroots sport alive. A sponsorship with Tyrendarra FNC puts your brand in front of a loyal, local audience - while helping our players get on the field.

Behind-the-Scenes Skills

Are you good with numbers, design, IT, or coaching? We are always looking for people who can contribute professional skills to help the club run better. Grant writing, administration, communications - we need you.

PR & Crisis Communications

Do you have a background in public relations, media strategy, or crisis communications? We are looking for someone with experience in this area. Significant experience preferred. The role is active immediately. We cannot stress how immediately active this role is. Please get in touch. We are very open to discussing the arrangement. Any arrangement.

Join the Committee

Our club committee is the backbone of Tyrendarra FNC. If you're passionate about the club's future and want a bigger role in shaping it, we'd love to have you at the table. No experience necessary - just commitment.

Coaching & Umpiring

Help develop the next generation of footballers and netballers. We're always seeking qualified or enthusiastic coaches and umpires, particularly for our junior programs. Accreditation support can be provided. Background checks are not currently required, though we have spent several weeks considering whether they should be and look forward to sharing our findings.

Community Participation

Even if you can't commit to a regular role, just showing up makes a difference. Come to home games, bring your family, buy a raffle ticket, support the canteen - and be part of the Tyrendarra community.

Express Your Interest

Tell us a bit about yourself and how you'd like to help. We'll be in touch to find the best role for you.
