Tyrendarra FNC has always been supported by a generous network of local businesses who believe in community sport. We remain deeply grateful for that support, which - it would be dishonest not to acknowledge - looks a little different at the moment than it did earlier this year.
A number of our partners have chosen to pause their involvement while the club navigates its current situation. We respect those decisions entirely. We want to be clear that their concerns were valid, their passion for child safety was genuinely moving, and we hope very much that once they have had the opportunity to review our exciting governance improvements, they will feel confident returning. The door is open. Very open. Please come back.
A note to our former partners: We know you are out there. We think about you often. We would love to have a conversation. The committee has made some very exciting announcements recently and we feel this is an excellent time to revisit the relationship. No pressure. Some pressure.
We have put a lot of thought into this list. We feel it is a strong list. We are proud of the list.
Our audience is smaller than it was. We will not pretend otherwise. But the people who remain are extraordinarily loyal and we feel that counts for a great deal.
